I was born in Burdur in 1953. I graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. I completed my Ophthalmology Specialization training at Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine. I worked at Eskişehir State Hospital for a long time. Later, I worked at some private hospitals. I started working at Ada Eye Medical Center in 2015.

I attended some National Eye Disease Congresses and various congresses and seminars on cataracts, glaucoma, retinal diseases, contact lenses, etc. Cataract surgeries, anterior segment surgery, medical retina and contact lenses are the subjects I am particularly interested in. I am a member of the Turkish Medical Association and the Turkish Ophthalmology Association
